Brief Answer:
Nothing serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the sacrum is likely to be posture related. If it is lower down then an inflammation of coccyx needs to be considered. This can be confirmed after an MRI scan of the affected area.
In addition to the back strengthening exercises you also need to concentrate on improvising your body posture. Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will be helpful. You can also apply a local analgesic gel on the affected area after a hot fomentation for relief. This is not a serious issue.
With proper treatment you will be well in 3-4 weeks. Do daily exercise at least for 30 minutes. Brisk walking will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
