Posted on Fri, 19 May 2017
Question: For 5 days, I have had back pain in my lower back, without having an injury. Today the pain has moved to just my right side. I am also feeling unusually tired. I have taken two Aleve for pain. That helps temporarily, but the pain comes back.

Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

There seems, lumbar sprain, compression of nerves from lumbar region which supply lower limb( which causes you pain and tiredness).

So I advise you to get xray lumbosacral spine done and send me the report.

I want to see present condition of disc space and vertebrae.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor as this is not over the counter.

Avoid weightlifting.

Apply hot packs.

I hope you got the answer.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
