Question: Hello doctor, i am male of 23 years old, height 5.7 foot, weight 84kg, my question is i had chikunguniya 9 months back, i was treated for fever and i was normal, after 1 month of fever i felt uneasy and tenderness while bending or lifting my thighs up, in my lower left abdomen near trunk bone, i ask my GP about this he said it is IBS and muscular, he gave me medicines dynapar and it felt better untill i was taking medicine after some days it felt again, he asked me to go for whole abdomen CT with XXXXXXX contrast and i did that came normal, but that something stucking feeling while bending and a dragging sensation started in lower left quardant and left inguinal area and left testicle after some months i again went for ultrasound of abdomen nothing came everythng was normal, than one day i myself went for an ultrasound of my scrotum as it pains on left testicle it came VERICOCELE GRADE 1 in left testicle, i went to urologist he examined and asked for my semen analysis and testerone test they came normal, urologist said nothing to worry it is grade 1, well he gave me some medicines for swelling and discmfrt in lower abdomen, after some day i felt a bloating on left side quardant below ribs its tender and not on right side, few days later i felt some cushion type swelling balls around my anus, i went to GP he said it is hemmrhoids and fissures but i didnt have any bleeding from it, he prescribed me medicines as follows: PECEF 200( CEFODOXIME) 2 times a day, CEEMOX-L (AMOXILLIN) 3 times a day, OMICEP-D 2 times a day, MEGANERV FORTE( FOLIC ACID etc.) 2 times a day, i took this medicine for 10 days, and started feeling left abdomen tender to touch around ribcage and left rib was tendet to touch, the bloating is worse after eating its all around left abdomen and around left rib cage, i also feel left ribs are sensitive to touch and one rib is protuding a little bit only palpable while touching, did chest X-RAY it was normal, then now from that day i am feeling bloated abdomen left side and pushing sensation below left ribs( like something is touching rib from inside), yesterday i went for whole abdomen ULTRASOUND it came normal, now this is the complete history- my question starts as follows:-

(1) : the discomfort that i have in lower left abdomen while bending is cause of VERICOCELE GRADE 1?

(2) : Why i am bloated on left side quardant more after eating?

(3) : i am aways scared if i have any stomach and colon/ rectal cancer( sometime i see red spots in stool as i read on internet the symptoms of colon/ rectal cancer).

(4) : If i have cancer would that be seen on CT with XXXXXXX contrast which i had 8 months ago? (Radiologist made me drink XXXXXXX contrast also he injected some through anus).

(5): Possibility of cancer in this young age?( no family history) .

(6): after antibiotics for hemrrhoids i felt left rib pain while touching hard and bloating or swelling on back also?

(7): PLEASE TELL ME CLEARLY WHAT IS MY PPROBLEM AS USG ALSO NORMAL SHOULD I GO FOR COLONOSCOPY IS THIS REQUIRED?? I AM SCARED OF CANCER AS SOMETIMES IN MORNING I FEEL METALLIC TASTE AND BELCHING IN MOUTH AS TASTE OF BLOOD.

(8): DO I HAVE ANY CARTILAGE PROBLEM AS ONE OF LEFT MIDDLE RIB IS FEELING PROTRUDING AND BIGGER THAN OTHER IN FRONT? IF IT IS THE CASE WOULD THAT BE VISIBLE IN X-RAY??

(9): Also i did my blood CBC test while i was on hemrhoids medicine the results as follows:- PLATELETS: 1.05 LAKHS

NEUTROPHYLS: 37

LYMPHOCYTES: 59

RBC : NORMAL .

(1): can you assure me about cancer i.e, stomach or colon cancer??
(2): Have you ever come across a case of young cancer ?? (colon/gastric/stomach)?
(3): I AM attaching my blood CBC reports which i did 20 days back please tell me elaborately about everything in it. As i have high lymphocytes since my fever i had 9 months back, does this high numbers denotes blood cancer?? Please elaborate my reports differences .
(4): i am feeling on my left nipple sore to touch and pain while pressing and swollen, what to expect?
(5): AS YOU SAID MY LOWER LEFT QUARDANT DISCOMFORT WHILE BENDING IS DUE TO IBS? but i have proper motion, so where this IBS symptoms came from??
(6): why i have pushing out sensation under left ribcage??( USG NORMAL).
(7): ALSO AT LEFT QUARDANT BELOW RIBS I HAVE TIGHTEN BLOATED STOMACH and MILD burning tungling, what cpuld be that?
(8): IF cancer is not possible in my age, why i experince sometimes red spots in stools? as if that is blood or something else.
(9): AS i said i felt one of my left rib is protuding and XRAY normal, would that be seen even if protruding a little bit?
(10): i also feel one of my upper right rib near chest bone is bigger and sticking out more, but that is not there in left side, why this is like this? normal?
(11): AS i have vericocele grade 1, what is the cause of it? i have listend that any kind of tumor (kidney) can cause vericocele but my CT and 3 ultrasound are normal, would any kind of this tumor caught in USG?? i am attaching my recent whole abdomen USG reports also. as i have never experinced any discmfrt in my testicles before the chikunguniya fever, all this problems occured after that.

Hi, my all reports was normal, whole abdomen XXXXXXX contrast was normal, KUB normal, WHOLE ABDOMEN USG was normal, CHEST XRAY WAS normal, scrotum USG showed grade 1 vericocele. I need an elaborate answer of the previous question step by step, please answer them as it is my last follow up, andi am not yet satisfied, also after the course of antibiotic for 10 days i have started feeling discmfrt in my left ribs and same saide on back, it is somekind of stuffness and swelling ,your thoughts?
