What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain Associated With A Lot Of Gas?
Question: I have had pain in the lower left abdomin for a day and a half. It comes in waves, with a lot of gas, and some cramping. I'm 65 , had sever endometriosis, like grapes at 42. Had a hysterectomy then. Had diarrhea then constipation right after and then a normal BM. Have had back pain too.

I'm allergic to dairy and intolerant to gluten so XXXXXXX eaten that.
