Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you gor the query.

You definitely should have colonoscopy done. Having diverticles in your sigmoid colon does not rule out large intestine tumor. Such tumor can cause mentioned by you symptoms and do not show up in mentioned tests (including CT).
Gastrologist is the right doctor to consult.

You should also try Rifaximine treatment if nothing will be found in the colonoscopy.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

I have had a colonascopy done in May this year and showed no tumors at all just residual diverticulitis and diverticulosis other than that I have no other problems I have been on repeated antibiotics for this unnecessarily I've been severely impacted to a constipated and the problem stemmed after that

Brief Answer:
Try Rifaximine and probiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Than Rifaximine along with probiotic should help. Due to antibiotics intake you have no good intestinal bacteria. And it is possible that some bacteria have appeared in the small intestine.
Probiotic and Rifaximine should normalize it.
