What Causes Lower Left Back Pain After IUI Treatment?

Question: Doctor, my wife has undergone IUI on 22nd/23rd March.Her last period date(LMP)was 12 th March.On 21st march( 1 day before IUI) she was given HCG injection.After IUI,she has been given 3 HCG injections with the gap of three days each( March 26, March 29 and April 1st).she went to doctor for scan on April 7th.Her endometrial thickness is 10mm.she is feeling lower left back pain for past two weeks.Is everything fine? Kindly advise. Doctor, I forget to mention that during my wife's IUI,she had only one follicle measuring 20mm
