Brief Answer: Need clarifications.. Detailed Answer: Dear XXXX You have not given the clear details as regards the site of pain , is it left side of lower chest or left side of upper abdomen called left hypochondriac region. Gall bladder problem will not reflect on the left side. What is the nature of pain whether it is colicky or it is constant. Is the pain area tender to touch. What is the duration of this pain. Is there any aggravating or relieving factor. Does it have any association with deep breathing. If it is vague , dull constant pain. CT abdomen may be helpful but I will advise you to consult your physician to asses the exact nature of trouble and get proper advice for relevant investigation. Truly, Dr. J. Ticku
