Brief Answer:
Appendicitis can be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Lower right abdominal pain should be checked with possible appendicitis in the first place. Even if the pain seems to be not strong, still appendicitis has to be ruled out.
You may have some nausea and accelerated heart rate (over 100) if its an appendicitis. The pain can be more intense when waking.
I suggest you to do not wait and do not risk. Please consult your doctor (or even ER) as soon as possible. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work and physical examination should be done to either confirm or rule this possibility out.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
