Brief Answer:
Please upload pictures.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Could you please upload pictures showing the lesions clearly ?
I need to look at them to have a clear idea of what it is.
It could be an infection, that is most likely, but I need to have a look to be sure.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Need more clear pictures.
Detailed Answer:
I have gone through the pictures.
THey are very dark, not much light or exposure, frankly not clear.
Can you point a source of light at the lesions and then click some pictures ?
Please, that would help .

Brief Answer:
Explained.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the updates.
I have reviewed them.
I can clearly see the lump, but not the whitish cluster of bumps that you mentioned.
The clitoral swelling is quite obvious.
Is it painful ?
It could be one of two things.
The first possibility is a clitoral hematoma - it may occur due to trauma, over stimulation during sex or masturbation, trauma with a fingernail or some instrument while shaving, masturbating or washing.
Another possibility is an infected cyst - of the glands surrounding the clitoris.
Basically , you have to avoid touching the area.
Minimal handling.
Avoid using any kind of soap, gel, cleanser, douche, cream on the area.
Just wash with lukewarm water and XXXXXXX dry gently with a soft cotton towel.
You can apply a local antibiotic ointment on it.
Also, hot / cold compresses will help.
Avoid applying tea tree oil on it.
The swelling should go down in 2 - 3 days.
Avoid sex till that happens.
If the swelling increases, then you might need to see a Gynecologist for oral antibiotic therapy.
Rarely, very rarely, unresolved hematomas / infected collections might need drainage with a knife.
Hope this helps you !

Well yesterday morning and through that afternoon at the head of the bumps were whitish like an ant bite. Theyre still there just look more like a glossy white very light at the tip. Ive also soak in hot water twice yesterday. Now could this also been caused by oral sex which ive been involve more in rather than intercourse? I didn't get much sleep. It's an aching irritation, very discomfort burning feels kinda like a bad yeast infection, but no itching What a relief, of course I was thinking the worse a transmitted disease. Thank you. waiting on your answer
Brief Answer:
As below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Well, since you have soaked in vinegar, that too could cause the whitish areas.
Nothing here that looks like an STD to me.
Yes of course, vigorous oral sex or an unintended bite there can lead to such a hematoma / swelling.
Just give it some rest and the treatment outlined.
Let me know how it is after a couple of days, I think it should get better.
Try hot and cold compresses too alternatively, that will help a lot.
Wish you are well enough soon !

Is this something I should share with my sex partner. Again thank you thank you!!!
Brief Answer:
Up to you, no problem in sharing it.
Detailed Answer:
Well, you should.
There is nothing to fear.
You can tell him what it is most likely.
That would explain why you are staying away from sex for the time being.
Again, it is an individual decision and you are the best judge of your chemistry and bonding with him.
