What Causes Lump In Left Testicle While Diagnosed With Epididymitis Orchitis?

Question: I was diagnosed with epididymitis orchitits last Sunday i went to the ER cus of the pain and swolleness of my left testicle I was given levofloxacin & dicofenac potassium and the swolleness has gone down since on medication since Sunday. And today day 5 of the treatment it's gone down about halfway and I still feel the lump in my left testicle but less pain then before. But today I randomly got a small erection and I noticed a small droplet of clear fluid at the tip of my penis I haven't had sex since treatment they didn't diagnose me with neither Chlamydia or gonorrhea I did a urine test . I'm worried and could use your help!

This is mostly a Seminal discharge-post erection and a sign of recovery of the normal functions.
Still,I would suggest testing Smear of the Droplet discharge at tip of penis and update me the report.
Did you had any UTI before Orchitis Plz update?

Thanks that calms me down a bit. But Monday Ima go get checked for the penis discharge but yes due to me not treating my UTI doctors think that's what might have caused it cus I would notice my urine was a dark yellow and it would burn while urinating at times and at the end of urinating I would see 2 drops of blood but I thought it was due to the fact that I wouldn't drink enough water so I started to do so and the burning went away and it stopped and everything went back to normal and then the problem with my left testicle started happening and I was diagnosed with epididymitis and orchitits

Another question my treatment is to be finished on Tuesday. How many days or weeks should I wait to have sex so I can make sure the I'm perfectly good & the infection doesn't comeback and make it worse. Thanks for your help doc means a lot!

Hi,Good Morning and Thanks for the updates and understood your concerns.Sorry for the late reply due to internet issues here.
I am happy to know that my last reply has helped you a lot and had cooled you down.
I studied your query and reviewed your concerns.
I would advise you as follows
Please Abstain from Sex till the Smear Report is reviewed in next visit.
Get the morning Seminal dew drop Smear TEST-On PRIORITY.
If seminal drop cant come out on test day-milk out the urethra and Prostate by anal massage and give the morning seminal drop after that.This would increase the positive results out of the seminal smear test.
Don't start any antibiotics till the report is reviewed at my end.
Plenty of fluids x 2-3 liters per day.
Bear with us ,as the current Epididymo-Orchitis has occurred after untreated acute on chronic UTI after your last sex act.
As you did not treat it then , is a major obstacle in allowing to have normal life as your case has become complicated due to it.
I would help you out of this fiasco.Please update the smear report and continue on the treatment as advised above.
