Hi hit arm big bump on bicep n over time feels like screen running thru my hole body .ramps around organ and just has taken owner my body .thanks doc

I have studied your case. I think you two different problems. Lump in the biceps can be due to fat tumour. It need a ultrasound and a needle test to understand Pathology. I need little more detail of the illness.
1.Since when this lump is present.?
2.Do you have pain in elbow?
For sensations I need to know few questions.
1.Do you have difficulty in sleep or depression?
2.Do you take any medication?
3.what is your age?

Age 54 no meds no depression no pain in elbow no problem sleeping no sensations it has spread out all over my body does make me stiff n all way pinching n swishing my body were were it affects me

You need to check your B 12 level

Hello,
I have studied your case. Generalised tingling and numbness in body can be due to low B12. There is one more possibility that it can be hallucination. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get your B 12 estimation.
2.Take Pregabalin M at night time.
If symptoms improves in two weeks then it is oK. Otherwise you need to show it to psychiatrist and rule out hallucinations. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
