Question: Looking for a urologist to get some help on a few ultrasounds of a lump on my right testicle. Here are some ultrasound images and blood work results. Also do they have to cut the entire testical off and send it away? They can't check it while it's out and put it back if it's not cancer?

Brief Answer:
Removing the entire Testis is the only best treatment option .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the report of Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum and blood report it is certain that you have testicular tumor .

The only treatment option for Testicular tumor is to remove the entire testis and send it for histo-pathological test to determine the type of tumor to decide the further course of action as regards giving Chemotherapy to prevent further spred to lymph nodes and other organs .

Once the testis is removed it can not be replaced in scrotal sac .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
