Brief Answer:
Suspected lipoma
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Can you please send a picture of the lump in case it is visible?
If not, then I can tell based on your description, that it might be lipoma as it does not hurt or give other troubles.
Usually, lipoma is benign and not a cause for concern.
If its presence is giving cosmetic problems to you, then you can consult with a general surgeon to get it surgically removed. It is a simple intervention with guaranteed success.
Hope it was of help!

Brief Answer:
Lipoma/stomach issues (GERD,gastritis, ulcer) explained as following..
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Ok, then, let me explain a few things here:
1. If you feel a knot on your abdominal wall (just where the stomach is positioned), and is not giving problems (like pain or anything else); then, it might be lipoma.
2. But, if you feel your stomach getting sick sometimes, then, this is a different thing: suggesting that there is a possible inflammation of stomach mucosa. It might be due to GERD, gastritis or even ulcer. Upper endoscopy is advised to determine it.
Once again, it has nothing to do with the lump you feel on your abdominal wall unless the size is so big to press the stomach and give such problems.
If such problems will be confirmed by upper endoscopy, then, the treatment is different too including PPIs, anti-H2 receptor blockers, antacids, simethicone, etc. along with diet and lifestyle changes:
- eat often, small portions and chew up slowly
- avoid foods that would reduce stomach pH aggravating the symptoms (like citrus, oily, spicy, alcohol, etc.)
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- sleep with raised head
Your history of using meth can also be a risking factor to develop stomach problems like GERD/gastritis/ulcer, etc. Once again, they need to be confirmed by upper endoscopy.
All the best!
