Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The reason for the Moh's Surgery is not given; I am assuming that it was for a tumor. Most surgical wound healing would be complete in 4-6 months.

2. First, rule out a recurrence or a Keratocanthoma, which is rare. A FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology and an Ultrasound will help). Other possible causes are scar tissue, a cyst or a reaction to suture material used. Look for the detailed surgical notes or draw your surgeon's attention to this lump.

3. Treatment may include local application or injections of Steroids or a surgical revision. Hypertrophic scarring diagnosed early may be treated with local application or local injections of Steroids, 5-Fluorouracil, Interferon-α, local Silicone Gel sheeting, or Pulsed XXXXXXX Laser irradiation.

If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
