Will There Be Sutures In Nose Surgery For Basal Cell Carcinoma?
I have deep margin basal cell carcinoma on one side of my nose. It was measured at 7 centimeters. I am having the mohs sergery. I have had this for around 10 years. I had some of it removed at a Dermatologists last wed. and the results came back today. Will I have stitches after this is done?
Usually there are stiches after the Mohn surgery. Most cases, the sutures will dissolve on their own. If you have sutures that do not dissolve, we will remove them at a follow-up visit approximately 2 weeks after your surgery.
