Not big pretty small i guess you can say its kinda white look almost like a pimple but im too scared to pop it. Ive done research and i think it is a cyst but i dont knows
Brief Answer:
Likely to be sebaceous cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is likely to be a sebaceous cyst. When the mouth of the sebaceous or oil secreting glands gets blocked, the oily secretion gets collected inside giving rise to a swelling or lump. Probably that is what you are talking about. You can try popping it. A cheesy material is supposed to come out.

Will it ever go away??
Brief Answer:
They stay
Detailed Answer:
Sebaceous cysts generally remain there until somebody drains them. I have seen the image. Is it on the upper or lower surface?
