Brief Answer:
Please, consult a gynecologist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these lumps that you found. I hope we get to identify what the exact cause of these lumps is so that we can provide solutions to help you feel better.

Lumps in the vaginal can be caused by so many different disease conditions. Some are caused by infections and other by other conditions. Examining these lumps is the first and most important step towards understanding what the exact cause could be. This would help orient the diagnosis and what investigations should be carried out.

I will suggest that you upload a photograph for me to see what the lumps look like and possibly suggest what the possible cause or causes is. If this is impossible, I will recommend that you see your gynecologist right away for a comprehensive exam, investigations to establish the cause and make a management plan.

In all, we need to see these lumps to narrow down the list of possibilities, investigate, diagnosis correctly and manage adequately. You may send a picture for further appreciation to us or consult your gynecologist.

I hope this addresses your query. I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
This looks like fungal infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the images.

I have reviewed them and this is very suggestive of fungal infection. I will advice that you apply clotrimazole cream twice daily in the morning and evenings for 7days and report the progress to me. This drug can be obtained over the counter. Let me know if you have any difficulties with this.

Further action would depend on the results.

Hope to hear from you when you must have tried the treatment out.
