What Causes Lumps On The Anus After Anal Sex?

Question: I had first anal sex experience where I was the receiving end of anal intercourse.
A few days later I noticed two lumps in the anus, one of them seems to protrude out of the anus and becomes larger when I push as if I'm having a bowel movement. There is almost always blood on the toilet paper when I clean, and there is sometimes sharp knife-like pain, and sometimes soreness, feeling that I'm sitting on a mass. I sometimes feel I want to defecate and try but couldn't. It's been a week now and it's slightly getting better pain-wise. A photo of the lumps is uploaded taking when I was mildly pushing.
I'm not able to check with a doctor before a couple of weeks so I appreciate if you tell what this could be

Brief Answer:
Probably hemorrhoids with super-added infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.Thanks for your query.
I would provisionally make a diagnosis of hemorrhoids with superadded bacterial infection. Its equally important that the possibility of STD also needs to be ruled out.Kindly get in touch with a surgeon as early as possible since you require examination, labs (blood tests, wound swab for analysis etc) and thus plan further line of management.
Do Sitz bath.Suggest over the counter analgesics like tablet Brufen 400mg twice to trice daily for pain.Antibiotics can be suggested after identifying cause of infection needs to be treated accordingly.Hope this answers your query.Get well soon.
Feel free to revert for further queries.
