What Causes Menstrual Bleeding With No Other Symptoms?
Question: I missed my period in august and September, got it in October, and have been steady since. this last one however came with no cramps or symptoms. should I be concerned. I'm 30 years old, I'm also wondering if there could be a vitamin deficiency
Brief Answer:
No need to worry about periods.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Sometimes, a period maybe anovulatory ( without egg formation ).
SUch periods are often painless.
So do not worry about it.
You can take a multivitamin anyway to boost overall health and immunity.
Testing for vitamin deficiency is more expensive than taking vitamins, and anyway, taking one daily will only benefit you.
SO please go ahead and take it.
And do not worry about your periods, if they are regular.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.

As below
Detailed Answer:
30 is too early for peri menopause.
Stress definitely affects ovulation and periods also.
