I understand your problem. Bloating sensation/fullness of stomach with burping can be due to
a. Indigestion
b. Gastritis/acidity
c. Gastro- esophagial reflux disease
d. Fast eating
e. Large meals
f. Diabetic gastro-paresis etc
So, please provide details regarding frequency of motion including today's, any constipation, pain in the abdomen, vomiting sensation and associated illnesses if any like diabetes, hypertension etc.
Also give details regarding any medications if you are using for further suggestions.

this has continued throughout the night the belching makes me gag and has even been accompanied by chronic water diarrhea like a water fall coming out of my butt and its uncontrollable.

I had asked you details like duration, frequency, things that worsen it, things that make it better, diet that you take, any associated symptoms and associated illness if any.

Anyways, If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed you oral rehydration solution along with Proton pump inhibitor + anti emetic for relief. Take a very clean drinking water.

If you have any vomiting/moderate to severe dehydration parenteral fluid usage must be considered for fluid replacement.

Please visit your doctor for examination & investigating the cause for your problem and further management. If you have already gotten stool and blood tests done, please upload the reports so that I can suggest further.

By your medication I think you have acidity/acid reflux which is the cause of burping/belching in you. And also have stomach pain as you are taking dicyclomine tablet for cramps.

Acute enteritis can cause sudden watery diarrhea and pain in stomach like you have now. For this you need to take plenty of fluids especially oral rehydration salt-solution by mouth to prevent dehydration and possible electrolyte imbalance in you. Take the fluids after every motion or vomiting or as driven by thirst.

If it is of infective in origin, antibiotic prescription must be considered. So, please visit a doctor for physical examination, investigations and possible parenteral fluid administration for you.

Some of the investigations which you may have to undergo are,
a. Stool examination
b. Diffrential leucocyte count
c. Possible electrolyte study

Recommended treatment for diarrhea according to WHO is only fluids(ORS) without anti motility drugs.
But we do prescribe antibiotics with antimotility drug for immediate relief with fluids in our practise for infective diarrhea.
So, you can take over the counter antibiotics, antimotility drug with oral fluids if available or can visit a doctor for the prescription.

can you give me an example of something over the counter I can buy. the belching seems to be going away, but not the diarrhea. it makes it very difficult for me to be anywhere but close to the restroom as all of a sudden I feel gas in my belly and then the watery stool comes out immediately

the bowl movements stopped yesterday afternoon but started up again this morning. however, they r slightly a little more firm. I am still belching alot and passing a quite a bit amount of gas.
