Question: respected sir,
i am having bad metallic/chemical type of taste while eating food. and moreover the inside my mouth is rough. i am also gastric problem and stomach is upset. what type of medicine i will take. is there any home remidie.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having post nasal discharge with acid re-flux .

Taste is related to smell . If nose & sinuses infection or blockage or discharge present taste get changed.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Salt water nose rinse thrice daily with 20 ml syringe &
tab Esomeprazole for gastric problem .You can also use pudina .

For gastric problem , most important is life style modification like
proper timely sleep & meal , avoid any addiction , spicy & fast food .
