I appreciate that you gave answer point wise.
This pain doesn't seem to be due to Cardiac disease.
It might be due to , acid peptic disease.
I still advise you to get following investigations :
1. Hemogram
2. ECG
3. KFT / LFT
4. Lipid Profile.
5. Ultrasound Abdomen.
I advise you to take a combination of Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day.
If you have any anxiety you may also take Tab Etizolam 0.5 mg once a day for 5 days.
This is advise for you based on available details.
