Brief Answer:
Brain involvement to be considered.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

The majority of symptoms you describe may be caused by a condition known as normal pressure hydrocephalus.

This condition is more possible the cause of your symptoms if you experience urinary incontinence too.

Other possible conditions that may cause your symptoms are stroke and subarachnoidal hemorrhage.

In all cases, in my opinion, you need to be examined by a Neurologist in order to understand better your condition.

After the examination imaging studies such MRI of brain may be necessary to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Treatment depends on diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
