Brief Answer:
MRI abnormalities are minor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and MRI spine reports.

First of all, I would like to reassure you that the MRI abnormalities are minor and there is no need to worry about them.

There is mild degeneration of discs (soft tissue located between the bones of spine) with bulging out of discs in cervical (neck) and lumbar (lower back) levels.

This can lead to back pain, pain in arms and legs.

Treatment at this stage mainly consists of physiotherapy, and neck/back extension exercises.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
