Brief Answer:
DIET MODIFICATION FOR HIGH LIVER ENZYMES

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
See, your SGPT and SGOT levels are mildly elevated. Not much to stamp it as an underlying liver disease so some dietary modifications should be enough for you. You can continue androgel safely with this advice.

Do the following-

Don't take extra fat or salt in diet.
Don't take rich spicy diet.
Take small frequent meals.
Start brisk exercise like walking for 30mins daily or cycling etc.
Take enough dietary fibers in your food.
Take tab pantoprazole 40 once daily before breakfast for 20 days.
Take tab ursodeoxycolic acid 300 twice daily for 20 days.
Get a repeat LFT done after 20 days.
Consult with your doctor for prescription of the above.

Hope I have answered your question.
You can contact me for any further queries.
Regards.
