What Causes Milky White Discharge After Heavy Sex In Elderly?
Question: Hi I'm 70 and have a boyfriend, we have a lot of sex, but just recently i'M having a white milky discharge and I'm kinda darker pink in the vagina area a little sore but not bad no itch should I be concerned?
I forgot to tell you he is also 70 also and dose have an enlarged prostrate. Not cancerous. Also I forgot to add that I have a prolapsed uterus. And always me on top.

Since there is no itching, and you did not mention about odour most probably it is the normal discharge from the glands. The discharge can increase with sexual arousal.
The vaginal mucosa at this age is thin and delicate. It can become sore and red due to lot of sex (due to friction during sex). Probably that is the reason for you to feel better with abstinence.
I do not feel there is anything of concern. Yet it is important to consult your gynecologist for examination to make sure that there is no infection. If on clinical examination she suspects infection she may take some swabs. Based on the results she will prescribe medications.
