What Causes Minor Fracture In Heel After Treatment For Heel Injury?

Question: My driver fell down at his home during holi and fratured his heel. After taking a leave of 6 weeks he is back to work. But informs me that there is still a minor fracture in his heel but does not pain. Am enclosing his report and seek inputs on what his next steps in treatment should be.

I have studied your case with diligence

Image quality of x ray photo is not good to comment on finer details about union of fracture.

Fracture might be uniting as callus can be seen.
Consult your doctor for confirming callus and union.
Or take a digital x ray and send soft copy directly.

Fracture line may be seen for 3 months but clinically there will not be pain.
You can apply crepe bandage for support.
