Follow my advice here-
-Take healthy and balanced diet with lots of fruits and veggies in it.
-Consume low fat dairy product, add curd in your diet and supplement calcium and vitamin d.
-Start taking antioxidant supplements.
-Get along some physical exercise, walking and gym
Start your day with yoga and meditation
- Hormone replacement therapy is only taken when these symptom ( hot flushes, mood changes, vaginal dryness) interfere your daily life activity.
-Otherwise lifestyle changes are helpful in many instances.
I know the possibility of pregnancy isnil, butt when you missed your period you should get out for pregnancy test first.
There is no test as such to confer the perimenopausal stage, sometimes FSH test done but it is not confirmatory.

Hi,
Nice to hear from you again though.
Tailbone pain usually increases during sitting because during sitting whole the body weight pressure upon tailbone.
To palliate the pain you can avoid long duration sitting, use soft cushion, avoid constipation, use a heat pad, do some exercise and massage and if pain is severe use analgesic.
