Brief Answer:
bHCG levels advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I understand your health concerns.
All these are interrelated and you need to follow the points I'm mentioning-
- get bHCG levels done- its a blood test which will give sure information about presence of pregnancy.
- in case bHCG test is positive get a pelvic ultrasound from an experienced radiologist
- in case bHCG test is negative then keep taking the medicines given by endocrinologist in prescribed doses and wait for periods.
- in case she still doesn't get her periods in next 2 weeks then visit your gynecologist for examination.
All the best.
