What Causes Mole Like Spots At Base Of Penis?

Question: I have some mole looking things on the base of my penis shaft where it meets my testicles... They start out flesh tones and then turn dark brown... How do I send a picture?

Since when have you noticed them?Do you have similar ones on your scrotum?
Have you noticed them bleeding any time?

It does not itch, doesn't hurt... Doesn't go to the scrotum... I've shaved there many times, and I masturbate frequently

No bleeding either

They are enlargement of small blood vessels which supply skin

Hi dear.Thanks for sharing the information.

These are due to enlargement of minor blood vessels within the skin which holds(scrotum) which holds your testicles.These are most likely due to a condition called as Varicocele of scrotum.In early stages of Varicocele these appear on the bottom of the shaft and scrotum.Hence I would ask for an ultrasound of pelvis and scrotum to rule out the same.

Nothing to panic and really be worried.
