What Causes Mononeuritis Multiplex?

Question: Hi this is XXXX. From Nov. 2013, I tried to lose my body weight (91 kg) by doing hard exercises (700 times skipping, running on stairs, Yoga.) along with taking full body vibration on vibration massager for 10 minutes. I lost approx. 20 kg body weight within 2 yrs. But he continued these activities till XXXXXXX 2016. Dieting was huge improper at that period. Now I am suffering from right hand wrist drop, less power in right hand. Neurology doctors told me after sufficient tests it is motor mononeuritis multiplex. 5000mg solumedrol steroid was charged within 5 days... improvement is very slow.. now steroid is stopped. so is there any option of food supplement?

I have gone through the files which you have attached. Considering your diagnosis of MMNCB? Mononeuritis multiplex?with cortical venous sinus thrombosis, foods containing large amount of vitamin K should be avoided. These may include green leafy vegetables and certain vegetable oils.

Apart from that, there is no specific dietary suggestion for mononeuritis multiplex.
