What Causes Movable Lump On Right Side Of Neck?

With the history you havfe provided - nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi young man.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: male of 22 - small, not noticeable, movable lump right side of the neck - 2 to 3 years or more - many blood tests and examinations - Most of the Doctors brush it off - Wants to know whether a small lump of such a long duration can be life threatening - recent anxiety ...
Thanks again for a nice history, if all the reports are normal , particularly the FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) / Ultrasonography - if already done, you should stop worrying.
If you are still worried, excision biopsy can help you for 2 reasons:
1 . You get the lymph node out of the body
2. You get a confirmed histo-pathology report.
This is possible only if your treating Surgeon is convinced, that this is necessary.
Well, stop worrying.
I hope this answer helps you to be free of anxiety. Please feel free to ask for further relevant questions if you have or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.

Nothing to worry about it at all.
Detailed Answer:
You are just 22 years old male, and this is the time to have great life; not allowing small worries like these to disturb you; I hope you understand what I mean by.
This can not be cancer as by this time it would have grown and taken a toll on you. If this is stationary over so many years, this is an indication that this does not look to be a serious.
