Brief Answer:
Could be due to a number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns... Muscle cramping and spasms associated with generalized body aches could be due to a number of reasons. this could be due to dehydration , so you need to make sure that you are adequately hydrated through out the day with fluid intake of 8-12 cups per day. dehydration is usually associated with deceased urine output and dark yellow color of urine.
Another cause could be vitamin and mineral difficiencies including potassuim, calcium and vitamin D difficiencies .. so I would recommend that you take a blood test for the levels of potassuim , calcium and vitamin D .. If found low , this can be easily reversed by daily supplements..
If your symptoms persist then you will need to exclude possible infections such as Lyme disease and infectious mononucleosis..
I hope I answered your question..
