Brief Answer:
not related to XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have a history of sjogren's syndrome and recently you have been experiencing muscle spasms in the upper back area. This not an area that is affected by any of the autoimmune disorders like sjogren's or rheumatoid arthritis. These conditions usually affect hands should joints knees and hips.

You problem is probably related to overuse of the neck and shoulder muscles. If you are a typist then the position of the keyboard may affect your upper back muscles. The best treatment is moist heat, massage and rest. You can still try motrin or other antiinflammatories due to their pain relieving properties.

Your labs are also not to off and are also not related to the pain.
