
What Causes Muscle Weakness And Pain While On Atorvastatin?

Question: I have been taking atorvistatin for several years. I have recently started experiencing muscle pain and weakness. My husband has to rub my legs at night. The pain is in my arms and legs but worse in my upper legs and knees. Do you think this is a side effect of the atorvistatin?
