Brief Answer:
I don't feel you require Tamiflu...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand these complaints have been troubling you. But I am pleased to know that you no longer have fever and sore throat. Absence of fever indicates resolving infection and therefore I wouldn't use the antiviral drug.
You should continue advil cold and flu. Try steam inhalation three times a day. If symptoms don't get better in the next couple of days, visit an ENT surgeon for clinical examination and rule out sinus inflammation.
In short, if you are not running fever it is less likely due to infection.
