Brief Answer:
Viral rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms you are suffering from could be due to viral rhinitis. Do not worry! With simple medications and home remedies it can be taken care of.

You can try using over the counter medicines such as xylometazoline or oxymetazoline nasal spray (for not more than 5 days). Do steam inhalation and drink plenty of warm water. With these measures, the symptoms should subside within 2-3 days. If not, please consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow up queries.
