Question: I have had nausea for the past week. I have no appetite for food of any kind. I have been taking Bactrim for the past week for a recent Prostatius attack. Also, I have discomfort in my testicles

Bactrim is a very possible reason for nausea. This is a very common side effect of this medicine. To get some relief, please start probitoic intake and ginger (or if you have any antivomiting medicines).
Testicles discomfort is a part of prostatitis. So no action is necessary at this moment.
When you finish Bactrim treatment, and the symptoms will be still present, than you should have some diagnostic. Gastroscopy, abdominal ultrasound should be done for nausea diagnostic. Testis ultrasound is a good idea to diagnose the discomfort.
