Question : I have been on Tramadol 100 mg. 3x's daily for 5 months. 5mg./325 hydrocodone 2 x's daily for breakthrough pain. I am having my right shoulder replaced in January. Both shoulders and neck have had me in increasing pain. Tramodol was not helping much anymore. Tuesday night started 1/2 an 8mg. Suboxone film with the 2 mg. Naloxone and stopped the Tramadol and hydrocodone. I took 1/2 the 8mg./2mg. Suboxone/Naloxone film yesterday morning and evening. I took 1/2 the film this morning and am due to take another 1/2 film. Question: I am Nauseaous/can not eat and have chills etc..???sweating?

Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

I advise you to get E.S.R done and send me the report.

Tramadol is main agent which causes nausea.

So in place of it you can take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

You can also use nupack or etoricoxib patch as it will act for a long time and you will be pain free.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
