Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

I advise you to get E.S.R done and send me the report.

Tramadol is main agent which causes nausea.

So in place of it you can take aceclofenac + serratiopeptidase combination three times a day by prescription of your family doctor.

Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.

You can also use nupack or etoricoxib patch as it will act for a long time and you will be pain free.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
