Brief Answer:
It is due to Dumping syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

These symptoms are definitely not due to Gall bladder or Pancreas issue.
The symptoms are likely to be due to Dumping syndrome which occurs following some of the surgeries on stomach. Following gastric surgery there is sometimes increased peristalsis seen causing usually these symptoms. It is self limiting and resolve on its own.

I would suggest the following

1. Eat small quantity of meals more frequently
2. Avoid milk and milk products
3. Do not eat in hurry
4. Probiotic to be taken for for 5 days will be helpful

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
