What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea After Radiation Therapy For Cervical Cancer?
Supportive treatment can be provided
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am sorry to know about your wife. As anticancer therapies have not worked, only option is to provide supportive care. That includes fluid removal from abdomen. If frequently required, we can put a permanent catheter and remove fluid daily as required.
Also treatment for pain, vomiting, reduced appetite can help. For vomiting we frequently use metoclopramide, ondansetron, and for reduced appetite megestrol. For diarrhea we use Imodium or Lomotil. Check with her doc regarding their applicability in her.
Lovenox is good for clot. Important side effect is bleeding. In case you notice any bleeding, bring it into notice of her doc.
I am sure suffering can be eased during the remaining days of her life.
Hope this helps.

Many people try alternative methods when our treatment fail. We do not discourage them. However, I am yet to see anybody who has done well on those.
Regarding the specific clinic that you have mentioned, I have no personal experience.
