What Causes Nausea And Dizziness While Waking Up?

default
Posted on Thu, 3 Dec 2015
Question: Today I woke up feeling nauseous and dizzy and am hungry. Afraid to eat due to the nausea. I know I am absolutely not pregnant. Six days ago, I got the flu shot at noon and around 7pm, I felt extremely nauseous and dizzy then. The next day I woke up feeling great, so I just assumed it was a fluke. Do you think this nausea and dizzy is related to the flu shot or could it be something else? How can I treat it and make it go away before it turns into something full blown.

The nausea you have may not be due to the flu shots.
It could be due to food poisoning or acid peptic disease.
You can take Prilosec and Zofran for relief.
