Brief Answer:
needs immediate investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

her symptoms are worrisome, particularly the cold sweats and her lethargic state. Various serious conditions can cause it.

The condition that fits all the symptoms better is peptic ulcer disease with bleeding. Her blood pressure and heart rate are important in evaluating her condition. Also the color of her stool may provide clues. When upper gastrointestinal bleeding occurs the stool becomes tarry, shiny, black and smells differently.

Other important condition related to various kinds of shock can be the cause, including allergic conditions (serious allergic reaction with hypotension), serious infections (causing severe sepsis or septic shock), abdominal conditions (acute pancreatitis, etc), metabolic conditions (like hypoglycemia) and urgent heart conditions (like pulmonary embolism or heart attack).

Finally a relatively simple and usually benign condition that may cause the aforementioned symptoms is gastroenteritis, which is normally a self-limited situation.

The data are not enough to provide an accurate diagnosis, so investigation is required. Clinical examination is very important in that regard. Please take her to a doctor or the ER immediately.
