Brief Answer:
Gastro-enteritis or H.Pylori related severe gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your worry towards severity of your symptoms.
1) Since when you had these symptoms? Do you experience any abdominal pain? What about your appetite?
2) Does any investigation done to find out cause for these symptoms?
3) Nausea + diarrhea + fatigue suggest possibility of gastro-enteritis (inflammation of stomach and starting part of small intestine). Most common reason for this is due to irritation or allergy from specific food.
4) Only treatment for heartburn and reflux would not be sufficient to treat gastro-enteritis if it would be present.
5) To confirm this condition, you must do stool examination, total white cell count in blood, upper GI endoscopy (once vomiting is settled). Endoscopy is required to check presence of H.Pylori infection in last part of stomach, which can cause severe acidity.
6) All your symptoms in absence of diarrhea indicate severe acidity.
7) Treatment consist of prevention of dehydration (use of ORS powder mixed water is recommended), specific antibiotics according to stool report, analgesic medication for control of pain, anti-secretory / anti-motility medications to control frequency of stool, anti-emetic group of medication for vomiting.

Hope I answered your query. If you have further query, I would be happy to help you.
Have a good day!
