Hi! Welcome to health care magic!
Based on the history you have shared, your symptoms like dizziness, numbness, nausea or pallor are all explained by the drug you are using as it is among beta blockers family and it slows down the heart does decreasing blood pressure and heart rate both. You need to stop it immediately and take plenty of fluids. Consult nearby health facility and have your blood pressures examined alongwith EKG to rule out heart blocks.
Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more queries. Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for the appreciation.
Stop the drug immediately, and drink plenty if water to increase circulating blood volume, and to flush it out of the system. Keep blood pressure above 90/60. If it is lower than that consult your health facility and get intravascular fluids replacement or plasma expanders. Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards.
