What Causes Nausea, Hot Sweats And Dizziness?

Monitor blood pressure&sugar levels...
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I am sorry for the health problems you are going through.
Feeling extremely nauseous, like you needed to go to the bathroom, broke out in a hot sweat, and feeling like going to faint taking into account your personal history of hypertension and diabetes, could be related to possible sudden spike in blood pressure. It could be great if you measured your blood pressure (bp) to see the changes there.
As you are a diabetic, and I see that you are taking good control of it (HbA1C 6.7), I think you might have experienced hypoglycemia too. Monitoring your blood sugar levels (bsl) can help us understand why you had such symptoms.
For the moment, I advise to monitor your bp and bsl, record the results in order to report to your doctor and make appropriate changes in the dosage of drugs you are taking especially those related to diabetes and hypertension.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further queries.

I think more of hypoglycemic episode than to spikes in bp...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing additional information.
From the new data you are providing, I think you need to adjust the dosage of the meds you take for diabetes tradjenta 5 mg and metformin 1000 mg. I think you might experience hypoglycemia and should cut the dosage especially of metformin.
With regards to eating, you should not eat more but have your meals regularly: 5 meals: breakfast, at 10 am, lunch, 4 pm and dinner non longer than 8 pm.
In either case, I strongly suggest to measure your bp and bsl as reference to decide for best managing strategy.
Thank you.
