Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
I guess you have only nausea,and no fever/abdominal pain/loose stools/increased frequency of urination/burning sensation on urination;and not a hypertensive.
A pure nausea mainly in the morning, and shortly after going to bed, usually results from conditions like GERD/acid peptic disease. It can be managed with antacids and acid lowering drugs, along with anti-emetics initially. Also make your food habits regular(keep correct schedule),avoid spicy/fried/oily items, reduce tea/coffee/chocolates,Avoid food/drinks abut 2 hours before sleeping.Avoid smoking/alcohol as these increases acid output in the stomach. Also take enough veges in your diet.
If the nausea is persisting after these measures,we may need to rule out other conditions like a urinary tract infection and do some basic investigations.Your treating doctor will guide you in this.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions,or need more clarifications,I will be happy to help you.
Take care.Thank you.
