What Causes Nausea, Intermittent Back Pain And Frequent Belching?

Question: Hello, I had my gall bladder removed in 2008 and just recently I have been feeling ill, some naseaua, back pain that comes and goes but radiates to most parts of the back. Appetite is not as strong either. No jaundice signs nor much itching except one are to the left of my stomach that comes once in a while. I have lost a few pounds and though my stools remain brown, they at times float or I am constipated. Also I am belching more often than I should. What are the chances this is pancreatis or pancreas cancer?
Brief Answer:
yes it may be pancreatitis
Detailed Answer:
Even though gall bladder is removed some sludge or small stone in common bile duct that might have caused this pain ,it may be because of the stone you might have pain ,anyhow to rule out you need to get an ultrasound abdomen ,Complete blood count,Liver function test,Serum lipase, these investigations may give clue for your pain.So go and consult your doctor for the same.
Thank you

I forgot to mention that 2x within a weeks span I took blows to the abdomen area. Could that contribute to it? The trauma was moderate in force. I also lose my appetite and then it comes back. Any comments? I appreciate your help.
Brief Answer:
yes that blow could be a reason too..
Detailed Answer:
Because you are saying the force was moderate and even that could be a possibility for the pain abdomen ,better consult your doctor and try to rule out any pancreas is affected ..
