Brief Answer:
Could be due to drug induced gastritis or stomach hyperacidity

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic

Looking at your history of medications for cough and cold followed by polish feeling an be related to drug induced gastritis or stomach hyperacidity
Another possibility is infection or inflammation of the liver

I would like further information to help you better
1. Are you having low appetite along with nausea
2. Is it associated with pain in abdomen

I would advise you to take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or rabeprazole with antacids
you can take lemon water, curd or yoghurt.
you should avoid fatty fried spicy or junk food or carbonated drinks.
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking

Hope this helps you
Please feel free to ask for more assistance I will gladly answer you
