What Causes Nausea, Sore Breasts, Cramps In Legs And Headaches?

Question: My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex since I got off the depo before Christmas, the past 2 weeks I have been cramping as if I am going to get my period but it never came. My breasts were sore a week straight, I have been getting headaches, cramps in my legs and feeling nauseous but I have not thrown up. I am also very tired all the time and I have this white milky discharge. I took a pregnancy test at home about a week ago and it was negative. Does it seem like i am pregnant?
Brief Answer:
this is not pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.
If you have been off depot recently by christmas, then the symptoms you are experiencing is because of the progesterone withdrawal following stoppage of depot and these symptoms in absence of pregnancy , confirmed by the tests, are likely to be premenstrual as well.
This is common after withdrawal and yet ovulation may sometime take 1-2 months to resume . Hence it is advised that ovulation kits may be used to time the ovulation and then accordingly timed intercourse may be practiced.
